Airman's Purple Cross: For miraculously bringing home an extraordinarily damaged aircraft.
Bronze Star:For outstanding and superior performance in combat.

Air Medal:For outstanding action performance in aerial combat.
Air Support Medal: For dropping troops on a successful base capture in an aircraft.
Ground Support Medal: For dropping troops on a successful base capture in a ground vehicle.
Meritorious Combat Service Medal: For meritorious service performed while in combat.
Superior Service Medal: For superior service.
Air Commendation Medal: For noticeable and commendable performance in aerial combat.
Air Combat Medal: For noteworthy participation in a combat mission by a qualified pilot.
Service Medal: Awarded for the number of years of service with the Dickweed Heavy Bomber Group.
Unit Citation: Awarded to squadrons which have rendered superior and meritorious service to the DHBG.

Bronze Star: For each successive medal awarded, affixed to the ribbon.
Silver Star: For each successive ten medals awarded, affixed to the ribbon.
Gold Star: For each successive fifty medals awarded, affixed to the ribbon.
Clusters
Bronze Cluster: For ten successive medals awarded, affixed to the ribbon.
Silver Cluster: For fifty successive medals awarded, affixed to the ribbon.
Gold Cluster: For one hundred successive medal awarded, affixed to the ribbon.

The Dickweed Heavy Bomber Group Medals and Ribbons are custom designed for the DHBG and, although they resemble U.S. Military decorations, they are not copies and remain unique to the Dickweed Heavy Bomber Group. Each medal comes with a corresponding ribbon. Decorations appearing on the roster which are not listed in the Order of Precedence have been awarded to our pilots from other Squadrons and are unique to those Squadrons.
