RECOMENDED ROUTINE FOR SQUADRON MEMBERS

The Dickweed Heavy Bomber Group recognizes the requirement to maintain a high level of physical agility and mental alertness for all pilots, bombardiers and gunners. To facilitate this important aspect of squadron combat readiness, the following routine has been recommended and approved for all squadron personnel.

Daily: (minimums)
50 pushups
75 sit-ups or 200 crunches
20 pullups
2 mile run

Monthly:
Fire 50 rounds of 9mm, .45 ACP, or equivalent, at the range
General:
Remember that you are what you eat.
Do not fraternize with female P.O.W.'s who are assigned work around squadron facilities as gardeners, floor scrubbers and window cleaners.
